Fine-tune your family’s intentions and goals and launch your creative juices in creating a vision board that works.

Zoom Event: Sunday, January 30th at 2pm-3:30pm

A vision board is a visualization tool consisting of graphics, phrases, quotes, and affirmations that represent your goals and dreams for the future.

The simple exercise of curating your hopes and dreams into a visual representation—and looking at it regularly—is thought to allow you to subconsciously engage in the actions required to achieve those goals.

However, research has shown that vision boards don’t just work by putting positive thoughts out into the universe, they need to include plans of action to actually work. Join Sunny from Positivelystrong.com as she teaches how to create a vision board that works!
