I am so excited to share MORE of my research, creative pursuits, and passion projects with you. As a busy wife to one and a mom to two, I have learned to embrace intentional living and use my scientific background to delve into topics that can enhance our well-being, save time, and boost productivity.
Where It All Began
It all began when I created a vision board for myself.
Instead of waiting for the universe to hand me opportunities, I used that vision board as a blueprint for discovering my passions and purpose. It led me to add to my science background, and get out of my comfort zone. I began to explore the world of real estate, got into investing, started to enjoy renovations, creating, and diving headfirst into DIY projects.
I'll be covering the following key areas as they are topics integral to my journey, and I can't wait to explore them with you:
Movement, Nourishment, & Wellness
Growing up immersed in sports and competition, I personally encountered the effects of diet culture. I pursued various 'healthy' food trends until finally delving into the study of nutrition, where I discovered the true power of real food as nourishment.
During my graduate studies in health communication and food marketing, I unveiled the marketing tactics targeting our insecurities. This realization prompted me to return to my roots and embrace nourishing and ancestral foods. I have since become very interested in holistic wellness, low-toxic living, and am actively working to reduce my environmental footprint.
Healthy at Home
My mission is to show you that our homes are where personal growth begins. Through workshops, I help set meaningful goals, teach ways we can create a healthy home, cultivate your passions and creativity, and reduce toxins in everyday life—be it social, physical, or emotional.
Positively Strong Living is rooted in the idea that a vibrant and healthy life begins at home.
Achieving it is a journey of ongoing learning and the creation of effective systems.
